Show Rules
These platform rules apply to every event hosted on EquiPartner Events. Individual shows may publish additional class lists, eligibility requirements, and prize terms on their event pages. Always read the event page for the show you're entering.
Eligibility
Eligibility is set per event by the organizer. Each event page lists who may enter, any age or level divisions, and any breed or discipline restrictions. If an event page doesn't restrict entry, all riders and horses are welcome. When in doubt, contact the organizer listed on the event page before entering.
One horse, one rider per entry
Each class entry covers exactly one horse-and-rider combination. You may enter multiple classes with the same horse, or enter the same class with different horses as separate entries, where the event allows it. The horse and rider in your video must match the horse and rider on your entry.
Video authenticity
- Videos must be filmed during the show's filming window, after you register.
- Show your entry placard on camera at the start of your ride. It verifies that the video was filmed for this event.
- Submit one continuous, unedited clip per class. Cuts, splices, speed changes, and other edits are not permitted.
- Reusing footage from a previous event or another rider's entry is not permitted.
Sportsmanship & horse welfare
- Treat judges, organizers, and fellow competitors with respect.
- Horse welfare comes first. Evidence of abusive training methods or unsafe riding in a submission may result in disqualification.
- Judges' decisions are final. Questions about a scorecard can be raised through your dashboard, and organizers review concerns in good faith.
Fair play
Entries that violate these rules may be disqualified without refund, at the organizer's discretion. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from the platform. Raffles and prizes are governed by the terms published on each event page, including any official rules linked there.
